TML IS FINALLY FRIDAY.

omggggggggg...

a busy week.

projects projects projects.

finally.... everything is gonna end..

after monday's handing up of the newsletter

super looking forward to it.

tml got S&W (pray hard that belinda and i won't pair with THAT guy again=.=)

and CATS project presentation!

after which, got unit training.

then at night got ATC meeting.

while day packed!

oh well.. i had my well deserved break today.

slept till like 12 plus today(:

so good to be able to sleep till so late on a weekday again ;DD

oh ya.. i've got so many things on my wishlist again ):

- new spectacles

- new clothes ( to wear to poly )

- mp3

nth much already.

but these few items are enough to make me BROKE! :'(

oh well...

jiayou qy, i believe u can save money.

oh well.. gonna buy something that cost $50.

that's the end of my pathetic run through of the past few days..

oh well, today was a rather short day.
but a tired day too.
i don't know why.
I FEEL TIRED EVERYDAY.
tsktsk. sleep debt!
oh people,
do you know that:
- EVERYONE DREAMS! it's only a matter that we remember or not
- we have 5 stages of sleep
- at stage 5(REM sleep), our muscles are extremely relaxed and essentially paralysed!
- we have 4-5 sleep cycles in a typical night's sleep
- 1 sleep cycle : stage 1, 2, 3, 4, 3, 2, REM = 90mins
- we have less deep sleep and more REM sleep as the night progresses
- sleep debt is created every time we don't have 8hours(+- 1 hour)
- sleep debt increases tendency to fall asleep
- deep sleep occurs about 30 mins in 1 sleep cycle
- if you want to grow taller, SLEEP MORE ! ;DD

and, this is like just the tiny part about sleep only
there's so much more to learn about sleep !!

1pm-2pm: lunch

i swear that i'm damn tired...
my eyes went =.= during ITABS and nothing was really absorbed.

ms emily is leaving..

no more funny intro to psychology lectures/tutorials.

after school, met J♥ for dinner.

today.. oh well.. shhh..
went tiong at around evening.
boarded 33A.
there's this boomer who sat behind me and J♥.
he sneezed on J♥. HAHAHAHAS.
ok.. he was damn dulan. i swear!!
then alright, we changed seats to the ones that are directly beside us.
and guess what?
the boomer started burping =.=
something that i hate A LOT!!!
he kept burping, as though he knew that i hate people who burp and he just wants to irritate me.
my tolerance level dropped drastically.
damnit.
and he continued burping like nobody's business.
J♥ laughed so badly that i think he's gonna hyperventilate any moment. LMAO.
